SMS / Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description

FitFin Consulting offers text messaging programs to customers and prospective customers who opt in (the “Program”). Depending on the consent you gave, messages may include:

Customer care & informational messages — e.g., appointment reminders, consultation scheduling and follow-ups, account and service updates, and replies to your inquiries.
Marketing & promotional messages — e.g., offers, financial tips, and news about our services (only if you separately opted in to marketing messages).

2. Opting In

You opt in to the Program by checking the applicable consent box(es) on our website forms, or by otherwise providing us your prior express written consent. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. After you opt in, you will receive a confirmation message describing the Program.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and, for marketing messages, the offers and updates available. Recurring messages may be sent.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with the Program, per your mobile carrier's plan. FitFin Consulting does not charge for the Program itself.

5. Opting Out (STOP)

Reply STOP to any message from us at any time to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed; no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by calling us at (844) 955-5155. STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT are honored as opt-out requests.

7. Supported Carriers & Carrier Disclaimer

The Program is available on major U.S. carriers (e.g., AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and your device; we are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery.

8. Eligibility & Your Responsibilities

You must be 18 years of age or older and the account holder (or have the account holder's permission) for the mobile number you enroll.
You agree to notify us promptly if you change or deactivate your mobile number, so that messages are not sent to a number no longer associated with you.

9. Privacy

Your mobile information is handled per our Privacy Policy. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third parties for any purpose.

10. Changes & Termination

We may modify or terminate the Program or these terms at any time; material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
